This study aims to analyze the implementation of the habituation method in developing the religious character of students at RA Tunas Cendekia Wadungpal in the 2025/2026 academic year, identify the factors supporting the success of the program, and describe its impact on students’ religious character development. This research is based on the importance of strengthening religious character education in early childhood through consistent habituation and collaboration between schools and families. The novelty of this study lies in the implementation of a school-family collaborative habituation model through the “White Book” monitoring system, which functions as a medium for monitoring children’s religious activities at home and strengthening communication between teachers and parents. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, students, and parents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data credibility was ensured through source triangulation. The findings reveal that the habituation method at RA Tunas Cendekia Wadungpal is implemented systematically through daily and weekly religious activities, including prayer routines, short surah memorization, hadith memorization, dhuha prayer, greetings, and other religious practices. The success of the program is supported by teacher role modeling, school-family collaboration, a religious school environment, enjoyable child-centered learning activities, and positive reinforcement. The implementation of this method contributes to improved religious understanding, independence in worship practices, polite behavior, and the internalization of religious values in students’ daily lives. This study highlights that habituation-based character education supported by family involvement can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening religious character in early childhood education.
