The background of this research is the low level of children's vocabulary mastery, as learning activities are still less varied, causing children to be passive and have difficulty mentioning new vocabulary. This study aims to improve the vocabulary skills of early childhood through fable storybook media in Group A of TK Mardi Putra for the 2025-2026 academic year.. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) involving 16 children, consisting of 10 boys and 6 girls, conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and field notes, then analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results showed a significant improvement in each cycle, indicated by the increase in the number of children achieving vocabulary indicators in the Developing as Expected (BSH) and Very Well Developed (BSB) categories from 12.50% in the pre-cycle to 87.50% in Cycle II. Overall, there was a 75% improvement. Thus, fable storybook media is effective in improving the vocabulary skills of early childhood.
