Pengembangan E-Book Dalam Mengembangkan Kecerdasan Naturalis Pada Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of environmental awareness among early childhood children, as reflected in behaviors such as wasting food, littering, and showing limited concern for their surroundings. In addition, the limited availability of interactive learning media that support the development of naturalistic intelligence in early childhood has become a challenge in the learning process. This study aimed to develop and determine the feasibility of an E-book as a learning medium to enhance naturalistic intelligence in early childhood. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects included 15 children in Group B at TK Bunda Kandung, Aceh Besar, one media expert validator, and one material expert validator. Data were collected through observation and validation questionnaires. The results showed that the developed E-book obtained a material expert validation score of 87%, categorized as very feasible, and a media expert validation score of 100%, categorized as very feasible. The trial conducted with the children resulted in a score of 87.50%, which also falls into the very feasible category. Therefore, the developed E-book is considered suitable for use as a learning medium to support the development of children's naturalistic intelligence and to foster environmental awareness from an early age.
