The principal's leadership occupies a strategic position in cultivating a culture of discipline within educational institutions, yet research specifically examining the principal's leadership role in fostering discipline culture in integrated Islamic schools remains relatively limited. This study aims to analyze the forms of discipline culture and the principal's leadership role in cultivating it at SMP IT Al Binaa. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through passive participant observation, semi-structured interviews with the school principal as the key informant, and documentation study, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, with data validity ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that discipline culture at SMP IT Al Binaa manifests in three dimensions: Islamic character discipline, attendance and punctuality discipline, and learning discipline. The cultivation of this discipline culture is driven by three principal leadership roles: leading by example, mobilizing the participation of all school elements, and reflective leadership oriented toward continuous improvement. This study offers practical contributions for principals and managers of integrated Islamic educational institutions in understanding the strategic role of leadership as the primary driver of discipline culture.
