The purpose of this study is to describe the management of Islamic value-based life skill education at SMALB Al Chusnaini Sidoarjo, using a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research subjects consist of principals and teachers who are directly involved in the implementation of the program. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively by referring to management functions including planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The results of the study show that the management of Islamic values-based life skill education has been carried out systematically and in a directed manner. At the planning stage, the school conducts an analysis of student needs and infrastructure facilities as the basis for program preparation. At the organizing stage, a clear division of tasks was carried out to educators. The implementation stage is realized through the preparation of adaptive materials, conducive classroom management, and the grouping of students according to their abilities and needs, with the integration of Islamic values in each activity. The supervision stage is carried out through continuous evaluation and coordination with parents. This management has been proven to be able to improve personal, social, and vocational skills as well as form students' religious character and independence. However, there are obstacles in the form of limited classrooms, diversity of student potential, and limited number of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen and develop continuously so that the management of life skills education is more optimal
