Teachers in the Teacher Working Group (KKG) in Kepundungan Village face limitations in digital literacy due to the lack of systematic IT training and continuous post-training support, resulting in teaching media that tends to be monotonous, text-oriented, and lacking in variety. This community service activity aims to enhance KKG teachers' digital competence through the use of Canva for visual design, PowerPoint and Gamma AI for interactive presentations, and Baamboozle for gamifying learning evaluations. The activity was carried out using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach combined with descriptive research, involving 20 teacher representatives from primary schools and madrasahs in Kepundungan Village through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was done together with the teachers through stages like identifying problems, planning actions, carrying out mentoring, observing, and reflecting together. We made sure the data was solid by checking sources and methods and confirming results with the participants (member checking) to make sure the findings matched the teachers’ experiences and situations during mentoring. The results showed that teachers got better at understanding digital learning media, learned more about the different apps they can use, grew in confidence, and were brave enough to try making learning media on their own, even though these achievements are still at a basic level, so they’ll need ongoing support to keep it going in the classroom.
