Cerebral palsy (CP) is a movement and posture disorder caused by brain damage occurring during a child's growth and development, which makes it difficult for children to maintain a correct body position during daily activities. Repeated positioning errors may worsen spasticity, trigger contractures, and hinder children's motor development. Parents, as the primary caregivers at home, generally lack adequate understanding of proper positioning techniques for children with CP. This community service activity aimed to improve parents' knowledge and skills in applying correct positioning techniques for children with Cerebral Palsy. The method used was community education through counseling, demonstration, and hands-on mentoring of sitting, side-lying, and therapeutic prone positioning, attended by 15 parents/caregivers of children with CP at the Cerebral Palsy Secretariat of Lampung. Participants' knowledge was measured using a pretest and posttest converted into a 0-100 score scale. The results showed an increase in the average score from 64.67 (pretest) to 93.33 (posttest), an increase of 44.3%. The number of participants achieving a perfect score also increased from 1 to 8 people. This activity proved effective in improving parents' understanding and needs to be followed up with regular mentoring and the establishment of a sustainable parent support group
