Digital transformation in school governance has become a strategic necessity to improve the effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of educational services. However, some schools still face challenges, including reliance on manual service management, unsystematic documentation, limited digital literacy, and the absence of digital service procedures. This Community Service Program aimed to strengthen the capacity of teachers and administrative staff to develop digital-based school service governance grounded in the principles of good governance. The programme employed a participatory, practice-oriented approach comprising three stages: strengthening conceptual understanding, practising the development of digital service tools, and providing implementation assistance. The results demonstrated improved participants’ understanding of digital transformation, good governance principles, and digital-based service governance. In practical terms, participants identified service needs, developed systematic service workflows, and produced digital forms, an initial database, service flowcharts, draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for digital services, and an implementation plan. These outcomes indicate that structured training and mentoring can strengthen school personnel’s capacity while establishing an initial foundation for digitalising school service governance. The programme further highlights that sustaining digital transformation requires institutional commitment, a dedicated school digital management team, continuous refinement of SOPs, and regular monitoring and evaluation.
