This community service program aims to train teachers in developing a Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)-based eco-education curriculum and optimizing the school environment of TK Muslimat NU 17 Bangsri Kepanjen Malang as a contextual and sustainable ecological learning medium. The partner's main problem was the underutilization of its spacious schoolyard for environmental learning, which previously relied heavily on conventional games. The program was implemented using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach through four stages: preparation/socialization, implementation (workshops on SDG-based eco-education, kokedama making, and planting medicinal/ornamental plants in pots), implementation mentoring, and evaluation/sustainability. Participants included 8 teachers and all B-class students. The results indicate that the program successfully enhanced teachers' knowledge and skills in integrating environmental issues into the early childhood curriculum and play activities. The practical activities with kokedama and potted plants were found to stimulate multiple early childhood developmental domains, including fine and gross motor skills, cognitive ability, naturalistic intelligence, language skills, and social-emotional development. To ensure long-term sustainability, SDG-based eco-education was formally integrated into the school curriculum, directly contributing to SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG 15 (Life on Land).
